Ninety45 were contracted to undertake the renovation of this original Remuera Bungalow. The project included fully gutting the existing house to reconfigure and add an addition. The house was lifted to complete basement excavations for the new double garage. Landscaping involved the construction of decks, concrete paths, fireplace and BBQ area.
