Set in Pelican Waters, Warrego is a calm, sun washed home of soft rendered walls in warm sandstone and white tones. Slot windows and a low parapet keep the street elevation simple and private, while palms and layered tropical planting cast shifting shadows across the facade.
Inside, natural timber, textured tiles and fluted details carry a relaxed coastal palette through the kitchen, dining and bathrooms, with living spaces opening onto a covered outdoor room and garden. Built by Reed and Co.
