The Warren's purchased a small run down beach side home in subtropical Bream Bay, from which they wanted to renovate into a welcoming family home designed to fit their love for entertaining and beach side living. To achieve this the home required extensive re-working to cater for their family. We also added a new wing on to allow for a master suite, laundry and double garage connected to the existing home via a cedar breeze way that doubles as a new formal entry. The result is a home that provides two very different facades with a more contemporary garage in a dark colour palette - leading to a light, bright home that is both welcoming and warm.
