About

Warren and Mahoney's studio marks Warren and Mahoney’s return to the central city. We were excited to deliver this fit-out for their Christchurch team to act as their companies headquarters, a two story fit-out over 1000m2 in floor space.

We had to work closely with our WAM in both aspects as a client and Architect to ensure the project could be completed within their tight time frame as the base build (building shell) was still to be completed by the landlords builder and a occupation date had already been reserved by our client.

We overcame the time constraints with rigorous construction programming and led by our competent site manager, the co-ordination of the works were completed two weeks ahead our original completion date allowing our client to occupy the building earlier than originally anticipated.
