Not your everyday Inner city Extension. This site has more challenges than it seem. Heritage overlay, Tree impact, Air flight impact, Main sewer and stormwater impact, Geotechnical (rocks) and more. It was challenging to come up with a design for a151 sqm, 6m wide site but we enjoyed the need to think outside the box!
