The exquisite façade features Covet’s Japanese made oku battens, seamlessly blended with bronze, book-matched travertine, and cascading waterfall feature usher residents and guests towards the grand entrance, setting the stage for a truly remarkable haven.

The Covet timber look 30x30 Kabebari aluminum slats in Supuringu Oku color, offer a matte finish and surface texture that add a natural aesthetic to the façade. Complemented by a 1mm backing sheet of the same finish, the slats provide an engaging textural feel to the exterior, creating a harmonious blend of aesthetics and functionality.

The choice of the Japanese-made Art Wood was critical in achieving a realistic appearance that effortlessly merges the living areas with the outdoor spaces.

The Supuringu Oku color harmonizes perfectly with the exotic travertine stone work on the ground level, enhancing the overall visual appeal of the residence.

This architectural marvel exemplifies the expertise of Choeff Levy Fischman and Aquablue Group in contemporary design, as it harmoniously combines luxury, functionality, and a deep connection with nature.

The supply, designer interface and meticulous installation of the Covet materials was carried out by the skilled team at Urbanik Surfaces Miami.

Dionathan Rivero, President of Urbanik Surfaces, expressed his admiration for the Kabebari system and the realism of the timber look aluminum cladding, remarking, "In my business we work with several species of natural wood for flooring. Our clients expect unique, authentic products that suit their modern homes.

“The Covet Art Wood product exceeded the expectations of the designers and our team appreciated the ease of install and quality."

We at Covet were in awe of what was presented and the completed Villa Arte.

“The vision of the developer Aquablue Group to incorporate the Covet facade treatment into the design was remarkable. The attention to detail at the site mock up stage to determine the batten angles was simply brilliant.

“The Urbanik team pooled their experience to deliver an extraordinary install that required patience, tenacity and skill.

“Our team both here and Japan were honored to be featured in a collaborative Aquablue Group and Choeff Levy Fischman designed property of this calibre,” said Anthony Scott – Director Covet.
