I had the pleasure of involvement with the kitchen refurbishment of the Historic Places Trust category 1 Westoe Farm homestead, built in 1874

The kitchen was expertly designed by Mary Hill, a kitchen design consultant based in Palmerston North. Mary and I collaborated on the finishes. I putting together the colour scheme, designing custom furniture pieces, window treatments and the wall covering. Making the most of mid 19th century William Morris fabric design and wallpaper true to the homes heritage.

The result of this collaboration is an elegant kitchen that is both practical and fitting. It is a perfect blend of traditional styling and modern convenience.

About the
Professional

Creating custom interiors that reflect your unique style and taste is my objective. With a focus on quality fabrics and furnishings, I offer specialized advice, practical solutions, and enduring designs.

To begin with I offer a complimentary hour of my time, where I listen, observe, and understand your requirements. From that conversation, I develop a tailored concept scheme. As an independent designer, I explore a wide range of resources to create a truly distinctive and customized look for your home.

Once we've discussed and refined these ideas within your budget, the next step involves overseeing the manufacturing process of competitively priced furniture. I handle the supply and manufacturing of curtains, blinds, and furniture re-upholstery, working with trusted workrooms. Throughout the process, I liaise with contractors and suppliers to ensure a smooth and successful project, all backed by my guarantee of quality workmanship.

My greatest joy comes from understanding your style and aspirations, collaborating with you to translate them into practical and unique design schemes that enhance your daily life. I am dedicated to helping you achieve the look and feel you desire for your home, creating a space that you will truly enjoy.
