‘Weybridge House’ was affectionately named by our Managing Director, Craig, who first spoke with the clients while they were living in Weybridge, England. The project consisted of a full interior and exterior renovation to this circa 1920s bungalow in Unley Park. Work included a substantial reconfiguration of the existing footprint, including a new open plan living space that opened out to the newly landscaped garden and outdoor entertaining area.

Features inside include a new shaker style kitchen with Bosch appliances and Vintec wine fridge, oak herringbone flooring throughout the home, tasteful pendant lighting and ornate cornice works in keeping with the era of the property, a full repaint, new fully ducted air conditioning throughout, and a complete electrical rewire.

Outside, the pool was filled in and feature granite stone paving laid around the property. A new carport and alfresco area with a built-in barbecue were also added to the space. All landscaping works were meticulously carried out by our in-house team. The freshly planted garden is complemented by feature garden lighting.
