Aurecon Te Tihi Fitout

Aurecon's innovative new Auckland workplace, Te Tihi, truly reflects their company culture of believing it, saying it, and doing it. The incorporation of natural timbers into the project design was a pivotal step in integrating New Zealand's cultural elements. These timber materials were thoughtfully utilized in multiple aspects of the fitout, encompassing the flooring, a substantial portion of the joinery, and the striking staircase. This infusion brought about a sense of warmth and richness that distinctly represents New Zealand. Our dedicated team at Surface took charge of the interior decoration, timber treatments, concrete coatings, and achieved a milestone with one of the first large corrugated in-situ artisan plaster finishes along the expansive curved wall. This accomplishment not only showcases our commitment but also adds a unique artistic dimension to the space.
