The Greenstone Entertainment summer concerts are iconic here in Whitianga.  And 2020 was even bigger and better than ever, being Greenstone's 10th anniversary concert tour.  

With extra acts perfoming, comes a requirement for extra space on and off stage.

This year we built a total stage footprint of 20 metres by 18 metres, roof frame to the main performing area, 2 attached PA towers of 18 metres in height, loading bay and ramp and sets of stairs. As well as additonal PA towers around the ground.

In collaboration with the design capabilities of Layher NZ (and verification by a NZ chartered engineer) we can use the flexibility of the Layher event system to build virtually anything (stages, ramps and stairways) anywhere, to suit our client’s needs. The speed of the Layher event decks cannot be beaten. It is the quickest and most versatile system for stage builds.

All staging and platform components are fully weatherproof and built to last, thanks to their aluminium, hot-dip-galvanised steel or coated plywood panel construction, making them equally suited to indoor and outdoor applications.

The Event System is fully compatible with the Scaffolding System. This scaffold system provides the quality, strength and reliability that underpins the Event System, as well as the degree of security and trust our customers expect from a top-tier event solution.
