Introducing the Yacht Street project, a stunning renovation completed at the end of 2021 by North Beach Building for clients Lisa and Rob. This contemporary style transformation showcases a seamless blend of functionality and elegance. On the first floor the kitchen was strategically relocated to extend over the garage, offering breathtaking water views and capturing the morning sunrise. This adjustment provided additional space for a new guest bedroom, while the large bathroom was split to create an ensuite for the master bedroom and a separate guest bathroom.  Alongside the interior updates, the front entrance was revamped for a more spacious and welcoming feel, while an outdoor BBQ area by the pool was added for entertaining. The modernisation of the house included the use of powder-coated aluminium balustrades and timber look aluminium screening, giving the property a fresh and stylish aesthetic. To complete the project, a new gatehouse was constructed to provide a covered and formal entrance the property, enhancing the overall appeal of the home.
