The Zouhouse series aims to educate and inspire audiences on the innovative and creative design of modern-day family homes, bringing to life common topics and showcasing the importance of quality for long-term homes that grow with your family needs.
Spending almost two decades renovating and building across Brisbane suburbs, Zoubuild duo, Chris and Christal Fysentzou have invested their careers in developing their individual skill sets, further developing their education of market needs, wants and trends, and growing their expertise and presence in Queensland region.
ZouBuild’s latest project is a new build, located 5km from the city centre on a 407sqm block in Brisbane's affluent suburb of Greenslopes. Aware of the shrinking suburban block sizes and diverse lifestyle requirements of growing Australian families today, the team has designed a bold, sophisticated, forward-thinking five-bedroom home, with three bathrooms, garden, pool and a versatile lower ground multi-purpose open entertaining space, fitting four vehicles via a creative concealed entrance. Encompassing un-compromised quality finishes, flexibility and long-term family living, the build maximises internal space, blending organic, earthy textures with Scandinavian simplicity and the calm of a Grecian colour palette. Saturated in natural light, the property boasts floor to ceiling windows and a hero peaked glass front facade, and is pioneering the future of approachable luxury homes.
