How Slate Architecture & Construction Maintains a Consistent Presence with ArchiPro

A strategic, proactive approach

At Slate, they understand that attracting the right clients requires more than just a single touchpoint; it’s about strategic, consistent visibility. Heinrich Swartz, Brand & Marketing Manager at Slate, underscores the value of appearing where potential clients are browsing for inspiration in the early stages of their journey.

“We prioritise consistent branding across all touch points. Whether it’s our office space, signage, or any other interaction, we make sure every encounter with our brand communicates the same message. This consistency is key to positioning ourselves in the upmarket residential and commercial space, and our online profiles should reflect that as well.”

Slate aims to be present wherever prospective clients are engaging with content during the initial stages of their journey, "ArchiPro fits perfectly into this strategy. Since we don’t have show homes per se, it gives us the opportunity to showcase our best projects and allow people to experience our style, design, and construction expertise."

By maintaining a consistent presence across different platforms and staying top-of-mind, Slate is better positioned to connect with clients when they’re ready to act.

Leveraging ArchiPro’s tools and features

Slate, with ongoing support from ArchiPro’s Platform Specialists, has crafted a dynamic and ever-evolving profile. In addition to showcasing their projects and articles, they take full advantage of ArchiPro’s wide range of features to create a compelling online presence. These include linking their social platforms, highlighting the services they offer, using custom tabs to share their story, displaying client testimonials, and incorporating the ‘Meet the Team’ feature to add a personal touch to their profile.

Projects on ArchiPro offer an effective way for Slate to showcase their work. “The ability to tag suppliers in our projects is a great feature”, says Heinrich, which helps their profile to appear in more places across ArchiPro. “I also appreciate the A.I. features that ArchiPro has implemented - it makes building out and uploading content much faster.” Where time is of the essence for all businesses, content can often be launched with excitement and then left to gather dust. But with ArchiPro, Heinrich finds it so easy to keep things fresh, “I can quickly upload two projects in just 30 minutes – that’s an excellent return on investment for my time.”

While showcasing projects is essential, Heinrich places significant value on the ability to share in-depth content through articles on ArchiPro.

“Publishing articles allows us to engage with a wider audience interested in our specific offerings. It’s a powerful tool for having longer-form conversations, providing deeper insights, and connecting with people who are actively in the market.”

By publishing articles, Slate not only strengthens its position as an industry thought leader but also enhances its SEO strategy, driving organic visibility and engagement.

Leveraging ArchiPro Pixel to track conversions

A key part of Slate’s proactive strategy is having ArchiPro Pixel installed, which tracks user journeys from their initial visit to ArchiPro all the way through to completing conversion actions on their website.

“It’s exciting to see a user on ArchiPro reveal our phone number, click through to our website, and then submit an inquiry form, knowing they came through ArchiPro.”

ArchiPro Pixel enables Slate to track both new users (79% of their homeowner audience) and returning users (21%), offering valuable insights into their engagement with content. Heinrich has observed that users often discover Slate through ArchiPro, then move on to other channels, ultimately submitting a website inquiry or calling directly.

Overall, Slate are strong advocates of ArchiPro, even as users themselves, “When we’re looking for specific professionals in a space, the best ones are on ArchiPro, and we leverage those contact details,” shares Heinrich. By harnessing ArchiPro’s suite of tools, Slate Architecture & Construction has maximised its engagement and brand awareness with potential clients, and receive direct inquiries through ArchiPro. Their ability to strategically showcase their work, stay consistently top-of-mind, and track user journeys empowers them to make informed, data-driven decisions in their marketing efforts. With ArchiPro, Slate continues to enhance their online presence and connect with the right clients at the right time.
