Each building component is linked to a CAD plugin in Archicad and REVIT. This automates the connection between the designer and our manufacturing facility, providing instant accurate pricing as you draft. Create with confidence.

Component Selection
Each building component can be specified individually or combined. Choose what elements you want to use to reap the benefits of a prefabricated panelised system from one supplier. Maximise the benefits by using the entire Candour system.

Customisable Design
The CAD plugin allows you to create a custom layout and form without having to spend time learning about the requirements of the prefabrication process. Simple and intuitive they allow better design outcomes and more creative freedom.

Standard Contracts
When the design is finalised and ready to build Candour becomes the nominated supplier of the selected building components for the already quoted price. Industry-standard contracts and financing arrangements are all that is required.
