A Versatile Solution for Every Outdoor Space
TreadTech is engineered to handle a wide range of outdoor applications. The system seamlessly integrates height-adjustable deck pedestals with a robust aluminium deck subframe of joists and bearers, making it suitable for various elevations and terrains. With adjustable heights ranging from 23mm to 785mm, TreadTech provides the flexibility needed for diverse deck designs. The pedestals also feature slope functionality, which accommodates different ground conditions, ensuring a perfectly level deck surface regardless of the terrain.
Durability That Lasts
One of the standout features of TreadTech is its exceptional durability. Crafted from premium anti-rust aluminium, the aluminium deck framing resists corrosion and the elements, maintaining its quality and appearance over time. This makes TreadTech a reliable choice for both residential and commercial projects, offering long-term performance without the common issues associated with wood or plastic alternatives.
Efficiency in Installation
TreadTech is designed for quick and efficient installation, eliminating the need for welding and reducing labour costs. The system’s components are straightforward to assemble, allowing for a faster installation process while ensuring a secure and stable deck structure. The wide base of the deck pedestals helps distribute the load evenly, enhancing stability and reducing the risk of structural issues. This makes TreadTech a reliable choice for both residential and commercial projects, offering long-term performance without the common issues associated with wood or plastic alternatives.
Compliance and Comprehensive Support
Compliance with the New Zealand Building Code is a crucial consideration for any deck project. TreadTech is designed to meet these stringent standards, providing peace of mind that your project will adhere to all necessary regulations. To further support your compliance needs, UNEX Systems offers DWG files and Producer Statements (PS1) for TreadTech installations. These resources help ensure that your project is thoroughly documented and meets all required codes.
Additionally, TreadTech comes with the support of UNEX Systems’ experienced engineers and in-house CAD technicians.
