A retirement living project with high end design and quality finishes across 79 luxury Independent Living Units. The $106 million development located in Randwick and completed in March 2020 was designed by architecture firm Jackson Teece.
Expella’s Key Deliverables:
- Expella tested and reported on range-hood performance through an alternative external grille (supplied by others).
- Designed and fabricated a compact linear bar grille that was easy to install after the ceilings had been sheeted.
- Designed and fabricated a unique transition box to suit the exhaust outlet provided by the builder.
- Pre-construction system testing.
- Installed bathroom, laundry and kitchen exhaust systems to 79 high end retirement apartments using a combination of PVC pipe, low profile ducting and in-line exhaust fans.
- Installation of make-up air systems.
- Air flow testing and commissioning.
