Smooth

For architects and builders who want clean, contemporary lines without compromise, Weathergroove Fusion Smooth delivers exactly that. Its smooth, flat surface finish brings a refined, modern sensibility to both exterior facades and interior feature walls, making it one of the few cladding products versatile enough for both applications.

As the largest panel product available in the Australian market, the Fusion Smooth excels in covering substantial areas quickly, reducing labour time and improving installation efficiency on large commercial or residential projects. Its vertically aligned V-groove system creates a distinctive shadow play across a facade, adding depth without surface complexity.

Compatible with most water-based acrylic paints, the Smooth panel gives specifiers virtually unlimited colour freedom. Whether you're chasing a stark monochrome statement or a warm coastal palette, this panel adapts to the vision.

Woodsman

The newest addition to the Fusion family, Weathergroove Fusion Woodsman brings tactile warmth and architectural character to the range. Its deeply embossed vertical-lined woodgrain finish evokes the authentic charm of traditional timber, capturing the rich knots and organic texture of real wood, while delivering all the practical benefits of an engineered Weathertex panel.

Manufactured from 97% PEFC-certified Australian hardwood and 3% natural wax, with no added silica, glues, resins, or formaldehyde, Woodsman Fusion is a genuinely eco-conscious product. It carries Declare Red List Free certification and Global GreenTag Platinum certification, making it a strong fit for Green Star projects and sustainability-focused builds.

The Woodsman's bold, textured surface is equally at home on full commercial facades or residential accent walls, and its contrast with the Smooth or Natural textures makes it a powerful tool for creating dynamic architectural depth across a single building envelope.

Natural

For those who want to let the material speak for itself, Weathergroove Fusion Natural is the answer. Unprimed and unsealed, this panel captures the appearance and characteristics of raw, undressed timber, pressed with a woodgrain effect that reveals the grain, texture, and personality of real Australian hardwood.

The Natural panel is designed to evolve with your building. Left to weather on its own, the depth of colour shifts and deepens over time, influenced by sun exposure and location. Alternatively, it can be stained to maintain a more controlled, consistent appearance.

With its unique vertically varying grooved profile and a universal edge that allows you to flip the panel for different looks, Fusion Natural is also one of the most cost-effective and easy-to-install options in the range. It carries both a Platinum LCA rate and a Platinum health rate, along with Weathertex’s newest accreditation, Australian Made.
