We've been receiving some great questions about how we work, and it's awesome to see your interest in what we do. 😍

We love helping you understand more, so please keep those questions coming! 😀

Bellow are some of our most asked questions

1- How do you begin the design process with your clients?

At Borges Design, we believe in starting the design process right where our clients are most comfortable – in their own homes. This initial meeting allows us to truly understand our clients’ lifestyle, preferences, and the specific areas of their home they envision renovating. By immersing ourselves in their environment, we gain valuable insights that shape our design approach and ensure that every project is tailored to their unique needs and tastes.

2- What sets your designs apart from others?

This is a tricky question as there are so many amazing professionals out there. For us, we truly believe in sustainability and apply this principle to our design concepts, relationships, and the products we use. Our designs are deeply rooted in the stories and personalities of our clients. We listen attentively to their aspirations, analyze their personal tastes, and observe their daily routines. From there, we embark on a creative journey to translate their individual narratives into bespoke designs that reflect their identity and enhance their living experience. It’s this personalized and sustainable approach that sets us apart and ensures that each project is a true reflection of our clients’ vision and lifestyle.

3- Renovations are prone to unexpected challenges, how do you deal with it?

Hell yes, many issues can arise and get escalated very quickly 😅

Renovations can indeed present unexpected challenges, but with our extensive experience and meticulous planning, we’re well-equipped to navigate any hurdles that may arise. Our seasoned team of professionals, with whom we’ve built longstanding relationships, enables us to foresee and address potential issues proactively. With our clients’ best interests at the forefront, we prioritize transparent communication, strategic problem-solving, and unwavering attention to detail to ensure a smooth and successful renovation journey from start to finish.
