The Thermosash UP40 is a unitised partition engineered for seamless assembly and sustainable disassembly and reuse. A modern aesthetic offering high acoustic performance and light-filled interior spaces, with powdercoated aluminium framing that can be colour matched to your interior design.

Looking for more privacy? Glazing can be frosted, tinted or have a custom frit pattern applied. Non vision panels can be incorporated into the design.

The modules are preconfigurable, customisable and self-supporting (no head fixing). The standard sizes fit into a lift allowing for easy access to office spaces - with options for customisation if desired. The system integrates sliding doors and hinged doors.

The system is prefabricated locally in NZ in a factory environment under quality control assurance at all stages.

A fantastic advantage of owning this system is that if you have to move office, the system can be deconstructed, moved and reconfigured to the layout of the new premises – this reduces a significant amount of waste from partition suite renewals, and contributes to a more circular and sustainable office fitout economy.

  • Aluminium mullion sizes are 100mm 
  • Low impact on building, fixing and minimal structure required - self-supporting with no head fixing.
  • Modules are prefabricated to standard sizing, usually ~1200mm x 2700mm (up to 3000mm subject to engineering), with options for customising enabling the layout to be reconfigured.
  • Widths and heights can be customised to suit high rise lift access for office fit outs.

Our Expertise
Thermosash’s abilities have grown since its 1973 start-up when Laurie Hayes and his colleagues manufactured commercial windows out of a small production facility. It quickly became apparent that the products and skills of the workforce were creating a performing quality, flexible product that the market sought.
