Viking Roofspec offers two engineered floating deck solutions ideal for both residential and commercial projects: the Silca/Buzon System and the TreadTech/Buzon System. Viking Buzon Pedestals
At the heart of both systems are Viking Buzon adjustable pedestals, offering precise height and slope adjustment (up to 1 metre height and up to 10% slope correction with an additional slope corrector). These pedestals support tile, paver, or timber surfaces while maintaining a compliant 100mm clearance from internal floor levels, as required by NZBC Clause E2 (external moisture).
Silca/Buzon System
- Durable, load-bearing substrate: UV-stable polymer grates made from 100% recycled material.
- Supports tiled or paved surfaces for decks, pool surrounds, and landscaped areas.
- Fully compliant with NZBC B1 (Structure), B2 (Durability), and E2 (External Moisture).
