Building relationships one house at a time.

We understand that testimonals are important in helping new clients feel comfortable with engaging the services of a building company. That is why we have provided a few written testimonials below.

"I worked on a house that had been recently extensively renovated by Broswick. Their work was impeccable. The team were still there when I started my part of the project and we respectfully collaborated in the same space. I found the overall experience with Broswick to be the best I have had with a building company and I would absolutely recommend them." - Kate, PLACES & GRACES, Design & Styling

"Todd and Broswick Builders have completed several home renovation projects for us. We’ve been delighted with the results. Compared to others we’ve worked with Todd is brilliant. He and his team are competent, easy to work with, and trustworthy. They just gets things done with no messing about. Highly recommended." - Max & Barbara, REMUERA

"Broswick Builders have recently completed a 5 1/2 month renovation on my home. Prior to starting I asked four builders to quote. Right from the start Todd got his head around the complexities of the job. His quote was thorough and professional. Throughout the project the communication was open and regular. Where modifications were requested along the way, they were made without drama and the work of all tradesmen was of a high standard. At the end of the project I have a place that I love and I am very proud to call home. Great job Broswick Builders!" - Robyn, NORTHCOTE
