Clean and silent warmth from the Coldbuster underfloor heating - bliss. Installed in screed on a waffle pod slab, with engineered flooring, about one third covered with a thin silk and wool carpet and 3 metre ceilings. Coastal NSW so no frosts but certainly worked well with an easy to adjust thermostat on those endless cold and rainy days this year. Have also used Coldbuster in Canberra under a bedroom carpet which made it pleasant to get out of bed early during those frosty months. Very cost effective.

I required an older model operation manual to set up my controllers.

The response from their web chat was followed up within 5 minutes by a phone call from one of their customer assist gentlemen. He assisted me through the website to find older model manuals that I could download. He even offered to stay on the phone and walk me through setting the controller up.
