The proposed will be new gateway to one of Sutherland shire’s most popular precincts. It enjoys 3 street frontages and interface to high density residential along Northern Boundary. The proposal responds to the emerging future urban character and seeks to enhance the public domain areas at ground level with greater setbacks to increase the footpath widths and allow for larger tree canopies and improve the street character.
