Project Description
This corner site in the centre of St Leonards has a north facing orientation with uninterrupted views from level 7 overlooking lower mixed-use zone with lower height limits zones across Chandos Street. The proposal seeks to increase yield through site and 3d shadow analysis to establish new DCP controls for the site. The proposal includes four levels of basement parking with 65 spaces, part lower ground non-residential, a ground level restaurant and 16 levels of residential comprising 67 apartments.
