Holmes Construction was the Main Contractor for the 97 The Terrace project, a heritage building nestled in the heart of Wellington. In the initial stage, our team focused on constructing a new roofing structure, installing a lift for improved accessibility, and carrying out detailed interior refurbishments on level 3 to cater to new tenants. 

As the project progressed into Stage 2, Holmes Construction embarked on fit-out refurbishments for levels 1 and 2. The final stage, completed in March 2024, saw the basement waterproofed and transformed into a new bar area, along with retaining and fitting out the ground floor. Our team showcased exceptional attention to detail, collaborating with multiple trades to ensure top-notch quality and value, all while navigating underground water challenges and laying new concrete floors within a tight site.
