Archer is a unique project that has been designed to offer a luxurious river-front lifestyle for each unit within the project. The architecture takes subtle cues from the surrounding dwellings and translates them into a unique architectural response. The design of Archer draws upon the architectural motifs of its neighbours to modernise the design trends of the former and reconceptualise the design philosophy within the street.   With increasingly rare opportunities of river front real estate, Archer presents a creative response in ensuring the design outcome is appropriate for the location and highly considered in realising the potential of the site. The design is planned for the residents to enjoy the best of the location. Spaces are orientated towards the river and city views, whilst neighbours are screened by careful manipulation of the form.   Strategic design moves have been made to offer 3 full-floor river-front apartments, offering residents uncompromised luxury in all areas of the built form in a sculptural, architecturally realised project. All three of the apartments feature individual private pools and deck areas. The penthouse of the building is afforded unrestricted, private access to a beautifully designed and landscaped rooftop terrace with unobstructed views of the Brisbane River.
