The brief was to create a new single level addition at the rear encompassing a kitchen, dining and lounge and a combined laundry and butler’s pantry.

We have created a simple white addition that engages with the new rear landscaping. An all-white facade and interior is punctured by a freestanding muted green kitchen, promoting a sense of harmony with the surroundings.

The olive green colour continues into the polished plaster finished powder room walls and leather wrapped window seat. There is a balance of natural and raw materials keeping superfluous details to a minimum.
