This is a residential project consisting of 48 boutique units across 8 levels. The combination of units is 1 to 3 bedrooms. The design has aimed to provide large apartments.

The levels have a typical layout of 6 unit designs, however, to improve the aesthetic aspect of the exterior we played with the balcony layouts. The balconies’ size and shape change for every 3 other levels to bring some excitement into the external façade.
