This striking contemporary development reflects the changing nature of the southern Sydney suburb of Rosebery. The prominent landscape design complements modern architecture of TurnerArchitects. The four building levels wrap around two separate courtyards creating tranquil private spaces shielded from the hustle of busy Botany Road. The use of clump forming bamboo with an attractive tropical under storey takes advantage of the limited amount of sunlight in the available spaces. A small seating pod will receive a dash of afternoon sun in winter. The addition of misting water effects with dappled light shining through will complete the experience.
