The Barista Groups ‘Socratic coffee team’ are professionals who simply love coffee. They are the experts directly responsible for providing quality data for barista devices, coffee machinery and various other methods and assertions. Crazy for the colour blue, the Socratic team wanted custom finishes in blue and hues of blue throughout the facility, while maintaining good light for the their research. CoLab sourced the powder coat finish and designed the lighting plan.
