The heart of Chinatown in the City of Adelaide is Moonta Street, with its restaurants, retail, and shopfront businesses. The state government investment of $500,00 to reinvigorate the local hub, commissioned local artist Vans the Omega to create a mural depicting the Chinese culture. CoLab assisted in the design of the innovative lighting, highlighting a ‘central and exploding wave’ along with the pathway areas in the iconic destination.
