Bathurst 60: Australia's tallest brick building featuring 152 hotel rooms, 95 apartments, and 230m² of versatile function and food and beverage facilities, harmoniously integrating with the architectural character of Sydney's CBD.
Bathurst 60, accommodating 152 hotel rooms, 95 apartments, and 230m2 of function rooms and food and beverage facilities, is Australia’s tallest brick building. This competition-winning scheme balances the amenity of the accommodation offerings with the demands of this site. Brick suits the masonry character of the area expressed as four blocks that on the lower portion align the predominant street walls of Bathurst and Sussex Street and on the upper portion step back to align with the other towers of Sydney’s CBD.
