A contemporary coastal garden featuring sculptural forms, natural materials, and a central Ficus hillii atrium, complemented by a unique circular pool and a rooftop garden that frames stunning ocean views.
Silver tones and sculptural forms offset a backdrop of natural materials in this contemporary coastal garden.
Working from the inside out and inspired by the concept of living amongst the trees, a generous Ficus hillii sits within the central atrium, filling the available space it provides a natural outlook while enhancing the connection between zones.
To the rear, an existing pond formed in natural stone was excavated to create a unique circular pool designed by the architect. Here the stonework is a feature, which sets the tone for natural materials, organic shapes and relaxed planting scheme. On the rooftop, a selection of hardwearing and ornamental species frame unimpeded ocean views.
