The site is located at 22 Bellerine Street, where a new tower reflects Geelongs’ coming of age and New Activity Centre Zone. Within the activity zone, this new project plays an important urban role and connection between the growth zones.

Connecting between the activity zone and Bellerine Street to the water, the development is bringing a new generation of lifestyle to the City of Geelong.

The design is articulated with metal cladding with tonal variations to induce a sense of movement along the boundary and a perforated metal service screen which acts as a unique crown to top the building. Its final articulation is recessed, reducing shadowing whilst providing a point of destination that conceals the services and lift overrun.
