A complete garden design for this volume build house situated on a large block in Bentleigh. The site had some challenges, being located in a flood zone, and incorporating significant easements. This meant not only was the house significantly elevated, requiring linking back to the original ground level but there were also restrictions on planting and front fence design to comply with all the various authority requirements. Now established for a number of years, we still see the owners and they are still enjoying the garden as it develops and grows, and the use changes as the children get older.
