This well-known Wanaka bistro had previously been a number of different restaurants in its time until the new owner decided to give it a new lease of life. Situated on Golf Course Road with stunning Lake Wanaka views, this full renovation created a relaxed environment which is both cool in summer & cosy in winter. We worked in collaboration with Sorted Architecture & proudly managed to complete Bistro Gentil in a very short time frame of only 4 ½ months. With its fine food, covered terrace framing the lake views and tasteful interior, the owners & customers enjoy spending time at Bistro Gentil.

“Working with Nevan & his team at Advantage Build was great. From day 1 they were on time, professional & simply got the job done. The team’s insight & forward thinking resulted in some changes being made that ultimately saved us time & money! Their environmental approach to ordering supplies, the build itself & waste disposal was refreshing & everyone’s commented on the quality of the finish. I fully recommend consulting them on your next build or renovation.”
