With its close proximity to Melbourne and well connected to infrastructure, South Kingsville has been hiding quietly in the inner West.

This suburb has recently started going through a transition where large allotments have been sought after for re-development.  Our response to this: give back to the community a good quality product with familiar materials and built forms that provide all the modern conveniences people want and that only a new building can offer.

Focussed on achieving good quality spaces, these traditional style townhouse designs fit perfectly into the neighbourhood character of the neighbourhood.

Also, our aim was to provide a mixed range of products.  Starting with a 2-storey, 2 car, large 4 bedroom townhouse with bigger living areas for a family, to a smaller 2 storey, 1 car, 2 bedroom townhouse.  Then, offer a product that most downsizers are looking for a single-story 3 bedroom villa style unit that still has enough space for a study and guest bedroom, plus a nice size garden with a large deck for entertaining- the perfect solution to stay in the neighbourhood you know and love but in the comfort of a well designed and nicely fitted out unit.

Design, Town Planning & Development
e+mc2 is a design and development firm born from an obsession with all things related to the building of buildings and the business of business.

Behind this unhealthy obsession is big e; a self-professed property nerd who has a passion for the small footprint ethos of designing your home to harness the space it utilises, not the space it wastes.

Rather than developing healthy hobbies such as football or friends, big e spends his weekends researching new building materials or techniques that can yield higher efficiency in the use of space.

In a quest to develop cost-efficient designs that are both thoughtful and thought-provoking, few things get him more excited than multipurpose objects or spaces.

The projects to date have ranged from compact apartment renovations to spacious stately homes and majestic beachside villas, all following the philosophy whereby function and form must meet in equilibrium.

At ArchiPro we recognise and acknowledge the existing, original and ancient connection Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples have to the lands and waterways across the Australian continent. We pay our respects to the elders past and present. We commit to working together to build a prosperous and inclusive Australia.
