Located above one of Sydney’s iconic Eastern Beaches, this house has been completely remodelled to provide a contemporary home with coastal character. A second storey was added, providing three bedrooms and bathrooms, with extensive replanning on the ground floor to improve entry address and connect indoor and outdoor living spaces.
