Aria in the Bay is a three-storey apartment building with basement car-parking, located at Browns Bay in Auckland.

The building contains nine two-bedroom apartments, ranging in size from 74m2 to 91m2, each carefully oriented to achieve good sunlight and views, and with generous external living areas. There is a common lounge and barbecue courtyard on the ground floor to promote community living. The site slopes steeply upwards on the the site slopes steeply upwards on the western side to existing bush, which is retained as a landscape amenity containing walking tracks.
