Recoat has successfully completed a comprehensive building refurbishment in 2026, delivering a refreshed and revitalised exterior that enhances the structure’s aesthetic and durability. The project involved meticulous repair and recoat work across multiple panels and structural elements, ensuring the building's façade remains resilient for years to come. Our team applied a high-quality white finish in Resene Rice Cake to the façade, complemented by Resene Thunderstorm on the joinery, creating a sleek and modern appearance.  To guarantee long-term protection, we provided a 10-year paint warranty alongside a 5-year standard Recoat workmanship warranty. The work encompassed detailed repairs and coatings on the front and side elevations, including panels, flashing, and ground-level columns, as well as meticulous refurbishment of window joinery, both internally and externally. This refurbishment not only revitalises the building's look but also ensures its structural integrity, reaffirming Recoat’s commitment to quality and excellence in retail building projects.
