Constructed to a high standard by G Donaldson Builders, this project won Gold in the Registered Master Builders Auckland House of the Year 2023 awards
This family home and pool sits on an idyllic and private site in Maraetai, surrounded by native bush and farmlands. The relaxed and flowing living spaces flow out to generous lawn areas for the young family to play on, and a stunning concrete pool with a weir edge which overlooks the native bush setting.
