The first of it's kind in NZ, this passive home development is scheduled to be completed in 2025. Swift Designs were engaged to provide all elements of the interior specifications, we have focused on the natural elements and outdoor activities nearby to dictate the colours and finishes for these homes. Our specifications include, kitchen & bathroom designs, all interior joinery, flooring, lighting, plumbing fixtures, wall finishes & soft furnishing (window treatments).
Environmentally friendly and low VOC materials have been used where possible. Passive House Certified properties are airtight, generate enough energy to run themselves and feed the grid, they offer comfort with consistent air temperatures using filtered air systems. The Wool insulation came from the sheep which graze on the land!
