Luxury Apartment

The Spire Penthouse is a true showcase of modern living, elegantly designed for Kathryn and Rhys to enjoy spectacular views and a contemporary vibe. Completed in 2022, this space features a striking double-sided fireplace that seamlessly separates two conjoining living zones, creating a cosy yet open atmosphere. We worked closely with the clients to bring in personalised furnishings from international brands, blending textures and colours to give each area a unique feel. The custom-designed furniture from David Shaw adds a bespoke touch that really elevates the space.  One of the challenges we loved tackling was installing the motorised blinds, which needed to sit perfectly within the steel and glass structure of the apartment’s floor-to-ceiling windows. It was a complex job, but with a fantastic collaboration between our team, Clearwater Construction, and SP Blinds, we pulled it off successfully. Throughout the project, we used durable yet beautiful materials like oak veneer for the custom joinery and luxurious porcelain stone finishes, giving the apartment a sleek, durable finish that's a joy to live in. All in all, it’s a modern haven that combines practical luxury with a touch of personalised style – a real showstopper for our clients.
