This is the first of 11 homes in stage 1, stages 2-4 are to come in later years. Swift Designs has been engaged to provide all Interior Design services for the Development, we have focused on the natural elements and outdoor activities nearby to dictate the colours and finishes for these homes. Our specifications include, kitchen & bathroom designs, all interior joinery, flooring, lighting, plumbing fixtures, wall finishes & soft furnishing (window treatments). Environmentally friendly and low VOC materials have been used where possible. Passive House Certified properties are airtight, generate enough energy to run themselves and feed the grid, they offer comfort with consistent air temperatures using filtered air systems.
