The historic Camden Valley Inn has reopened after a major ten-month renovation by Calida, ushering in a new era for the heritage-listed former milk bar. Set on around five acres, the upgraded and restored venue now offers multiple bars, a brand new dining area, a cafe, a pizzeria, accommodation, tab and gaming facilities, a brand new beer garden, covered terrace, and both private and semi-private function spaces.
The iconic Camden Valley Inn underwent a significant 40 week renovation – the completion of works was quite a milestone for the area of Cawdor and Calida. Calida successfully delivered the project to a high standard which included a complete knock down of the entire existing building, whilst managing to retain and refurbish the Heritage Building.
Calida completed works which ranged from all new civil works, new temporary and main carpark works, construction of all new hotel which included 4 different bars, a main kitchen, several amenities blocks, a brand-new Kid’s Play as well as a new Marquee/Function area.
The project began in November 2018 with a completion date of September 2019. Calida collaborated with Lewis Land Group aswell as KP Architects to successfully deliver a quality project for everyone involved.
