Renovation of Marrickville Hemp House featuring a second floor addition, new Welsh slate roof, and enhanced insulation, completed in 2015.

Sowden's first hempcrete renovation was completed in 2015. The second floor was added and the rear of the house was demolished to take the upper floor. The dilapidated slate roof was replaced with new Welsh slate and the house was insulated.
