By Gel Architects
As Hobsonville continues to thrive, Gel Architects are proud to have worked with a full consultant team to masterplan and deliver 70 new homes on a greenfield site at Clarke Road.
With a primary focus on families and streetscape amenity, the carefully designed typologies offer two bedroom homes, duplexes and multi-generational homes, alongside larger three level walk-ups.
Materials chosen are a mixture of horizontal and vertical timbers, brick and metal claddings. This material variety provides a contemporary form and aesthetic that contributes to the creation of a vibrant, cohesive neighbourhood.

We love architecture, and we understand that careful design can help shape the fabric of our communities for the better. We design homes and workplaces that are beautiful to look at, practical to build, and a joy to live and work in.
We are new home, urban regeneration and masterplanning specialists. Sustainability is in the DNA of all our projects, with considerations such as efficient land use, using locally-sourced products, optimising solar access and reducing waste at the forefront of our thinking.
