Buckingham says “Both sets of doors have flush sills that create a smooth surface, which doesn’t trap dirt and debris. They also feature a mortice escutcheon lock system, which is machined into the joinery for a clean finish, added security and ease of operation.” Another special feature of the joinery is the integration of the windows with the kitchen benchtops. The custom-designed windows were built to fit the granite with exacting detail.
