A serene retreat in Clearwater Springs, featuring seamless indoor-outdoor living, elegant outdoor entertaining spaces, and harmonious landscaping that enhances views of Clearwater Lakes.
A quiet retreat located in the newly developed Clearwater Springs, this design and build project by OuterSpace is epitomising the functionality that complements the quality and specification of the home built by Metzger Builders.
The architectural design and landscape work as one; creating harmony with its surroundings, welcoming outside in, through ample glazing, and encouraging its owners to step out and enjoy outdoor living.
Built for entertaining, numerous elegant outdoor living areas that are sheltered from the prevailing winds, these clients can do
just that! Easy family living and uninterrupted views are refined by seamless indoor-outdoor flow to an elevated outdoor domain for sunset socialising. A fireplace along with a built in barbeque in the open-plan louvred area adds extra warmth and ambience on winter nights extending the outdoor living period.
Terraced gardens with coloured concrete floating step down to a large open lawn area are a welcome vantage point looking over the manicured lawns and gardens down to the jetty and Clearwater Lakes.
