With a strong focus on creating bespoke joinery, ABLE transformed this South Yarra house into a home that is practical, modern, and highly polished. For this project, the team custom-built joinery for the kitchen, sitting room, bathrooms, and laundry. Key jobs included installing Luxul metal frame doors with reed glass to create statement cabinetry, building Polytec blossom white internal cabinetry throughout, decking out the main ensuite with a custom waterproof substrate for a complete marble bowl and a custom shaving cabinet with a curved mirror. In addition, to ensure the home remains efficient and functional, ABLE utilised soft-close door hinges and runners on all the cabinetry; as well as new handles; integrated a fridge, freezer, and dishwasher within the kitchen; and a 2Pac finish with pull out hamper in the laundry.
